Welcome to Ann Arbor Cooks!  We are a new and unique recreational cooking class program specializing in hands-on participation classes for all levels of aspiring cooks.   While we offer some demonstration classes, we feel that nothing compares to working and connecting with the ingredients yourself, and therefore building your confidence in the kitchen.  We offer a wide range of class topics and cater to virtually every interest, age, and skill level.

Our mission is simple:  to cook thoughtful and seasonally-inspired food, to provide a technical foundation on which to build kitchen confidence, and most of all, to put fun back in the kitchen.

Ann Arbor Cooks is located within Main Dish Kitchen on the west side of Ann Arbor,  where they have built a new instructional kitchen where you are never more than a few feet away from your instructor and all the action, providing for a first-rate learning experience.
