Monday (Breakfast):  Omelet with Fresh Vegetables and Herbs, Home Fries, Fruit Smoothies, Granola with Yogurt & Honey

Tuesday (Lunch):  Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Salad; Panini Sandwich, Chilled Melon Soup

Wednesday (Dinner):  Panzanella, Grilled Chicken and Asparagus, Peach Sorbet

Thursday (Snacks):  Fresh Fruit Parfait, Hummus, Edamame, White Bean and Roasted Garlic Dip, Asian Summer Rolls

Friday (Dessert):  Peach Ice Cream, Berry Crisp, Molten Lava Chocolate Cakes

Time:  10am-1pm
